Be inspired by the book of Psalms
Each of these illustrations represents many hours of drawing and studying. Firstly, I draw a 7cm circle, then I sit and read the Psalm many times, sometimes an idea will grab me straight away but on other occasions it can be a pretty laborious process. I never make preparatory thumbnail sketches for these illustrations, instead I craft the image carefully in my head. When I’m confident that the idea will work, I start the drawing process with the open Bible by my side for further reflection along the way.
The drawings are now available as Giclee prints. Each one is signed, hand embellished with 24 carat gold and the number of the Psalm is displayed too. They would be great to collect or to send as a gift to a friend.
Each print is finished in a 20cm square mount that will fit a standard frame.
